Level One: Introduction to Wine and Wine Appreciation
This is the perfect class for the wine lover who wants to expand their knowledge and lay the foundations for further exploration. Learn how to write a constructive tasting note, discover what differentiates wines of high and low quality and learn what about you like and why. Over the four weeks you will try at least 16 wines from all over the world while learning how to break down a label and what the differences between the major varietals both red and white really are. Each class you will taste 3-4 wines per session.

Level Two: The Old World.
This advanced class takes the wine lover on a vinous trip through the classic (and obscure) regions of Europe. We will explore all of the major European regions, from Bordeaux to Burgundy and Champagne to Sherry while discovering what makes each and every one special. Even if you are a seasoned wine drinker there are bound to be some surprises while we explore some of the more rarely talked about regions. Each class will taste at least 6 wines per session.
