How many bartenders will I need? One Bartender can handle 50-100 people. For good service we recommend 60 guests per bartender. Download your order form here.
Will I need a liquor permit? Yes. In order to obtain a special occasion liquor permit, you must have your "serving it right" license number and purchase a permit from the liquor store at lease 7 days before your event. We can help you with this if you are not qualified to obtain your own liquor license. Contact us for a quote.
Do you require a deposit to reserve a date? Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per bartender or server which will be credited toward your final balance. Package deposits are 50% of total.
Can we choose the sex of our bartenders/servers? Yes. Yes. we have male & female staff
Can you tell me about your rates? Since each Event needs differ, please contact us so that we may give you accurate pricing.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, cash and personal or corporate-issued checks.
I am having a Costume Party. Can your bartenders/servers come theme-dressed for my Event? We will come dressed to impress for any occasion! Additional charges will apply. Costume Fee is a non-refundable $70-100.
Will the bartenders have their own equipment? Yes, our bartenders always bring the following items: A Shaker, Ice Scoop, Small Ice Bucket, Corkscrew, Bottle Opener, Pour spouts to fit 750 ml bottles, Strainer.
Optional Items for an additional fee(s): Blender(s), Cocktail Mixers, Ice and Cocktail Garnish.
